
Do the deliverables belong to me?
Yes, once you provide your final approval on a design, you will receive the necessary exports to utilize the design according to your needs, as well as the source files if you desire. All creations are exclusively your property.
What do you mean by "Project"?
What represents a project at Click Collective is any marketing or communication initiative that your company could have as a brand and that requires design, copy, video editing or SEO. For instance, it could be a brand campaign or a product launch or relaunch, your monthly social media calendar and creative assets production, your blog content production, any email campaign or monthly newsletter, etc
Is there a limit to the number of revisions?
Unlike traditional agencies or freelance designers, we do not charge by the hour. For a fixed monthly fee, we handle as many requests and modifications as needed to achieve your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the design, we will make the necessary revisions until you are entirely pleased.
How quickly will I receive my designs?
Most of your designs will be delivered within two to three business days. However, certain more complex requests may take additional time, with an average of four days for these such as brand identity creation or revamping.
How can I submit my requests?
After your registration and receipt of your first payment, you will receive an email granting access to your private workspace. From this space, you can easily submit and track your tasks.
Can I change or cancel my subscription plan?
Absolutely. If you have subscribed to a three-project plan and one of them concludes during the month, you can either add a new project or change your plan to a “two-project” plan. Please notify us of your choice at least 72 hours before billing to ensure it is reflected in the following month. If you wish to cancel, follow the same procedure: notify us at least 72 hours before billing (on the 26th of each month) so that we do not charge you for the following month.
What happens once the payment is made?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an onboarding email. This email includes access to your private workspace, a reminder of how things work, and several steps to start the project, such as completing the brief, sharing all necessary documents (brand guidelines, photos, etc.), and providing the names and emails of everyone needing access to this space besides yourself.
Are there any services you do not provide?
It is not that we do not provide certain services, but rather that they are not yet included in the current plans. These services include:
- Video production
- Photo production
- Stock image or video purchases
- Web integration, social media integration, email integration, etc.
- Media buying
- Illustration
- Voice over recording
- Music purchases
These services are available as options after discussing your needs with us. We are currently testing these services, and if there is high demand, we will consider incorporating them into our subscription offerings.
Is it necessary to commit to a long-term contract?
Absolutely not. However, some projects may require more time than others to be completed properly. But once again, there is no long-term commitment with Click Collective.
What should I prepare before starting?
Nothing, except for the list of projects you wish to entrust to us and the necessary elements to begin the work.
Do you accept checks, cash, bank transfers, or PayPal?
Currently, we only accept verified credit or debit cards and money transfers as payment methods. We do not accept checks, cash, or PayPal.
